Lucky Green

Spring is around the corner, so it's the perfect time to bring out the green you've been holding back in your closet.    Green is the color of life, nature, growth, and renewal.  So if you're planning to go out this spring and enjoy nature, here's a light silk, feather fan green print dress you can wear that may turn any haters green with envy.  But wait, you, have haters? Never!  Prints are hot right now, so don't be shy. Step out boldly with this great little print.

On the other hand, be careful you don't cause an accident when the light turns green if you're crossing the street in this simple, but elegant solid green dress that you can rock all spring long. It's called a fountain of youth dress, maybe because of the playful bow in the back, and the cutaway shoulders. Talk about finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!  This timeless dress is something you can recycle from year to year.  This is how WE go green.

Accessories can light up any outfit you're wearing this St. Patrick's Day.  Lucky for you, we found this amazing Watercolor Spots scarf from Nordstrom that looks nature-inspired.  You won't have to worry about getting pinched if you left the green clothes at home.  Just wave around this little four leaf clover ring.  Like the dress, this is also a timeless classic you can wear anytime.  And you never know, it could bring you luck all year long.  Last but not least, check out this Michael Kors Santorini Wicker Clutch, one of the cutest clutches I've seen in a long time.  The wicker can give you a "wicked" cool look to match your favorite green styles this spring.

Your mom never lied when she told you to eat your veggies.  Especially the green ones, like Brussels Sprouts!  Brussels Sprouts belong to the cabbage family, which means they're off the charts in Vitamin K, the blood clotting vitamin.  They also help keep inflammation down, and they're good for your heart!  They're also high in Vitamin C, which we know keeps our immune system strong and healthy.

That's it for now.   Don't forget, with Palette 2 Palate, color is in all year 'round!
